Introduction
It's hard to imagine we are already closing on August|Ākuhata! The year has sped by, our weeks being filled by seeing all our wonderful tāngata whaiora and welcoming new people, trainings, and information into the Hope Centre|Te Whare Tūamanko. One good thing about these past few months whizzing by is that the sun is setting later and the cold weather is slowly easing up. I have seen a few flowers blooming here and there so we are on our way to spring! While we wait for warmth to come, Life Matters invites you all to attend our annual World Suicide Prevention Day event at Knox Church on Tuesday 10 September from 6-8pm.
