Introduction
We here at Life Matters are looking at Āpereira|April as a month of celebration. On 6 Āpereira|April we held our tenth anniversary celebration. It’s not every day an organisation hits ten years; we appreciate all the aroha and support the Trust has been shown. We also held our Laps for Life event on 14 Āpereira|April. Together the community handily surpassed our initial goal of 365km. It was an incredible day and a huge thank you to all who joined us. Celebration can be hard during times of struggle. When days are hard even achieving the smallest thing is worth celebration. If it’s ever getting too much just know that Te Whare Tūmanako|The Hope Centre has its doors wide open.
